"PERFECT PROPOSAL: While vacationing in St. Thomas, Adam proposed to Alex during a spa day on the beach. She was one hundred percent surprised. Both of their families were there on vacation with them, making it even more special.
THE SETTING: Brazos Hall was the only venue Alex and Adam considered when they decided to get married in Austin. The venue has a warm, cozy feeling with rustic details, yet it is a large, blank canvas that allows for so much flexibility and creativity.

"A stunning floral square archway framed the couple in the open air of Brazos Hall. Pinks, purples, creams and greenery surrounded the beautiful couple on a night to remember. The men were in tuxedos with black bow ties, and the women wore gorgeous burgundy floor-length Bohemian style gowns. Tree branch like chandeliers covered in flowers and clear globes cascaded over the long tables waiting for cheerful company. The newlyweds’ initials were pin spotted on the wall. A horse-drawn carriage could be found outside. It was elegant Austin.

VIP guests chatted in lovely lounges sponsored by SWBC Mortgage and Loot Vintage, while savoring bites from Geraldine’s Austin, Gusto Italian Kitchen+Wine Bar, Eden East and Vinaigrette Austin. With sips in hand, provided by Deep Eddy Vodka, Argus Cidery, Sway Water, Gem & Bolt Mezcal and Friends and Allies Brewing, VIP guests adorned themselves with flower crowns, wrist lets and boutonnieres, at a floral bar from Gypsy Floral and Events. As show time neared, guests enjoyed sweets from Bribery Bakery, a pop-up shop from Tecova Bootmakers and photo-booth fun from Oh Happy Day Booth.

"Nearly 500 partygoers attended the Key to the Cure Gala on November 18 benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation at Brazos Hall. The menu, created by celebrity Chef Tim Love, was the draw of the night, with entertainment by the Sugar Hill Gang. Vista Equity Partners and Tito’s Vodka sponsored the event, which raised $330,000 for cystic fibrosis research and care."more
