We can host up to 450 seated with entertainment and bars for formal seated gala’s or up to 550 for a casual mix-and-mingle with bar services, casual dining and room to lounge in our Main Hall. Our Roof Deck is ideal for mid-size cocktail parties with room for 280 of our city’s finest humanitarians and seated dinners of 150-200.
Inquire about our preferred vendors list to take a look at our carefully curated list of Austin’s top caterers and full-service restaurants. You are also welcome to work with any full-service caterer or restaurant of your choosing. We do have a list of catering guidelines that we will share with you upon booking.
Our flexible open or cash bar packages were designed using years of bar research from across the festivals, restaurants and venues under FBR Management. With three tiers to choose from we have carefully selected a menu of products that is sure to please all of your guests. Also, be sure to ask about our package options available specifically to Non-Profit Organizations. Want something specialized? Our Bar Operations Manager would be happy to discuss options for tailoring one of our existing packages. The FBR staff is one of our most prized resources.
