Brazos Hall is a turn-of-the-century warehouse building at the corner of 4th and Brazos, now converted to Austin’s premier event space. With its restored long-leaf pine floors, brick walls and wood rafters, Brazos Hall is a venue unlike any other in the heart of downtown. In addition to the 10,000 square feet in the Main Hall, Brazos Hall offers a 3,500 square foot Rooftop Deck with downtown views.

Each level has a catering kitchen with stainless steel tables and power inputs. The Main Floor includes a commercial refrigerator, icemaker and sink. The Rooftop Deck includes icemaker and sink.
There is a 16’ loading dock in the rear.
The Hall has an ADA compliant 7’ freight elevator.
Both levels feature a full range audio speaker system suitable for moderate music playback and announcements. Audio input locations are provided throughout the venue. In addition, a portable speaker system is available for small bands and DJ‘s.
Both levels are equipped with full men’s and women’s facilities.
